Harold Hammond
Harold Hammond was a former General Motors executive who dedicated his retirement years to enhancing the Bowmanville and Soper Creeks through his active participation on the Board of Valleys 2000. He was a key driving force behind the successful fundraising and construction of the fish passageway on the Bowmanville Creek which remains a lasting memorial to his dedication and public spirit.
