Frank Lockhart
Rev. Dr. Frank Lockhart was a longtime United Church Minister. He held Masters degrees in Philosophy, Divinity and Theology as well as a Doctorate in Theology. He was a passionate advocate for the Bowmanville valley system. He served as the first President of Valleys 2000 and was an almost daily presence in the valley system tending to its needs. He enjoyed trips to his beloved Prince Edward Island every summer.
