In spring, many of your backyard birds will be on the lookout for materials to build a nest. You can help by providing some simple things. Natural materials like hair, feathers or dried grass can be put out for birds to collect. One addional thing that is simple to include is mud. A wet patch in your garden can provide some birds and insects with the perfect building supply.
