Can you imagine how beautiful the mature trees in the Bowmanville Creek Valley will look in 25 years? Valleys 2000 is working to restore native tree species to the Bowmanville Creek Valley.
The Commemorative Forest allows people to purchase a tree species of their choice to be planted in the valley to commemorate a loved one, an event or even a cherished pet.
Trees are planted in the late fall and an annual dedication ceremony is held in June.
